We should restore one another, reassuring each other in God’s faithfulness to save us from our sins and His willingness to cover over every past error and infraction we made against His path of truth. Jesus’ very own Spirit dwells inside of all those who trust in Him.

The follower of Jesus can stand upright in the valley through the comforting power of the Holy Spirit. It often seems that we begin to truly lean on Jesus in these walks through the valley. It is there that we are alerted to our great need of Him and the music He brings to our lives.

Because of the closeness between the sheep and their Good Shepherd, we will hear His voice when He speaks. We can hear Him clearly through what we read in His word, other Jesus-followers we come into contact with, and the situations that arise in our day to day lives.

Jesus Christ is our immediate and ever-present Shepherd through His helping Holy Spirit. He is not above drawing up alongside of us in our needs and desperation and bearing up under the load we struggle under, taking it off our weary shoulders and freeing us in the grace of His completed victory.

This witness of heartfelt reliance on God for deliverance is a witness to the world. The kingdom of God is so real when the outside world sees men and women pray for God’s guidance past and through evil by His supernatural arm of deliverance. We tap into the strength of Someone greater than ourselves, and that is completely counter to everything the world stands for.

In each act of forgiveness, the Kingdom of God stands a little stronger. The domain of the holy is made more present with each reconciliation. As individuals become brothers and sisters through faith in Jesus Christ, we see God’s supreme design for our world more clearly.
