Beautiful Attitudes, Part 6
This is a practicable holiness. An investment of the self in Jesus will surely result in an outworking of good deeds, good thoughts and good desires.
Beautiful Attitudes, Part 4
If we want to live fit for the fulfillment of the kingdom of God, we must learn to hunger for the Word of God. We must seek Him in private prayer. We must learn to call out to Him as one would beg for bread. We must take down the social masks of self righteousness and cling only to the righteousness of God. Teach Us To Pray! Part 6
This is in essence what we praise when we echo David’s glad temple prayer. We want God to rule in all of our hearts alone. We are asking for Jesus to make His existence known through our bodies as He was known during His time among us on earth. Teach Us To Pray! Part 2
The will of God done through His people in the power of Christ on earth makes the reality of the kingdom an ever clear and present danger to His enemies.
Teach Us to Pray! Part 1
The Jesus-follower assigns worth to God each time they pray in this fashion. This is not a worth that we created. We instead reflect God’s own personal holy worthiness back to Him in devotion and humility. This worshipful prayer of our holy Father God should shake our uncertainties and humble us to purer faith in Jesus.
